THREE HOUSES IN LA DEHESA (2002) Location : Av. Golf Lomas de la Dehesa Architect: Enrique Browne Associate Architect: Andrés Fravega y Daniela Gasic Constructed area: 800 m2 Site Area: 1.510 m2 Date: 2002 The House in La Dehesa (1988) was never constructed. Years later, his owner wanted a new design, this time of three houses located in the same property as the last one. The site had a very steep slope and spectaculars views of the golf course, La Dehesa Valley and the Andes Mountains. The project intend to create the idea of separate houses, each one with his own piece of land, while the total designs works as a singular building with tree departments that share a common access in the middle level. The houses have three level; the entrance is in the middle level of each house, which corresponds to the common spaces. In the third floor, around the staircase, it is a little workspace and a library. In the lower level are the dormitories and the informal area that opens throw the natural terrain.
